Sierra Lobo has experience in the design, construction, activation, maintenance, rehabilitation, recertification, and deactivation of several types of Base Systems and Base Operations including:

• High Pressure Gas Farms, Air Plants, and Steam Plant Systems
• ASME code and NASA Pressure Vessel Handbook Inspection and Recertification
• Configuration Management Systems Including: CADD Filing Systems, Networked Computer Databases, ISO Documentation, and Design Specification
• Calibration of instruments, measurement devices, valves, and controls
• Safety and Health Program Implementation and Administration, OSHA Traning, Facility Systems’ Safety and Hazards Assessment

Sierra Lobo is also experienced with crane operations, critical lifting standard and all phases of handling flight hardware including rigging, lifting, and transportation. Flight hardware that has been handled by Sierra Lobo includes the Space Station PVR and HRS modules, the Delta III Upper Stage, and several large ELV fairings.
